Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.

Please Note - The estimated delivery time for silver jewellery is approximately 12–15 days. We will proceed with creating the jewellery as per your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We have partnered with Shiprocket to ensure efficient delivery across India.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹10,000. An additional fee of ₹25 or 1.5% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be applied.

Local Delivery & Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress using the provided link.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection made by the customer. However, we can exchange the product for a different size or similar item, subject to availability, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate an exchange or report a damaged item, please email us at mahttabindia@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at mahttabindia@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
